What are the delivery terms and times?
All products are embroidered or printed to order. Your package will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Delivery is within 5 business days in mainland France and within 15 business days internationally.
Is my order refundable or exchangeable?
Items purchased from the shop are refundable or exchangeable. Returns are at your expense, depending on the carrier you choose. If you choose to exchange your product(s), delivery of the new items is also at your expense.
Personalised items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
How do I choose the right size?
- For t-shirts, crop tops, and tops: if you want an oversized, flowing look, choose your usual size. If you prefer a tighter fit, choose a size down.
If you are usually between sizes, take the larger size.
- For socks: take your usual size.
How do I care for my garment?
To ensure maximum lifespan of your product, always wash it inside out and at a maximum of 30°C in the washing machine.
We strongly advise against using a tumble dryer.
You should not iron directly on the embroidery or DTF but you can add a sheet of baking paper between the fabric and the iron and it will work perfectly or you can iron it inside out.
