📝 General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Cagade Riviera
1. Company identification
Cagade Riviera is a micro-enterprise registered in France, specialising in the creation and sale of embroidered and printed textile items.

2. Products
All items on the website are handmade or personalised to order.
The visuals are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour, size or pattern placement may occur - this is also what makes each item unique.

3. Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been confirmed.
You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail.
Cagade Riviera reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of unavailability or payment problems.

4. Prices
All prices are quoted in euros (€), including VAT.
VAT is not applicable according to article 293 B of the CGI (micro-enterprise regime).
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.

5. Payment
Payments are 100% secure via Shopify Payments (CB, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
The order will only be prepared once payment has been confirmed.

6. Delivery
Products are shipped from France.
Indicative delivery times: 2 to 7 working days depending on the option chosen (home delivery or relay point).
In the event of delay or loss due to the carrier, we remain available to help you as best we can.

7. Right of withdrawal & returns
➤ Non-personalised products:
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. Items must be returned clean, unworn and unwashed.
Refunds will be made once the product has been received.

➤ Personalised products:
Personalised products (motif, initials, text) are neither taken back nor exchanged, except in the case of an error on our part or a defect.
In this case, write to us at contact@cagaderiviera.com with a photo of the problem.

8. Intellectual property
The motifs, designs and visuals on this site are the exclusive property of Cagade Riviera. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

9. Data protection
The personal information collected (name, address, e-mail) is used only to process your order.
No data is resold or used for commercial purposes without your consent.

10. Applicable law
These conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will always be preferred before any legal proceedings.
