👉 You have 14 days from receipt to return a non-personalised item.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
📦 You are responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless we make a mistake, of course).
💸 As soon as we receive and check the product, we will refund you within 5 working days using the method of payment you used.

As each item is embroidered or printed on demand, these products are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless :
The product has a manufacturing defect
There has been an error on our part in the personalisation
